Check-in time is after 1.00pm – Early check-in can be arranged
if flight arrival before this time.
Checkout time is before 11:00am. Late check-out can be requested.
This must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance
Extended stay rates available upon request.
Any damage to the property (beyond normal wear and tear) will be
charged to your credit card accordingly.
Eagle Mountain has a non-smoking policy. Smoking is allowed in the
gardens.
For safety reasons, the use of propane or similar cooking or heating
devices is strictly prohibited at Eagle Mountain Bed and Breakfast.
We will endeavor to make your stay on our property pleasant and
memorable. Eagle Mountain is a safe and secure bed and breakfast. We
will not be responsible for injuries or accidents, loss of valuables,
or delays incurred to yourself or any member of your party. Our guests
must have their own cancellation, medical, baggage, personal liability
and personal property insurance before arrival at our bed and breakfast.
One night's deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and
this will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 14 days
of the date of arrival. Deposits are forfeited upon failure to arrive
on the initial date of the reservation, or departure occurs prior to
the last date of the reservation.
Reservation confirmation can be made by forwarding by credit card
number, money order or cash.
There may be a $15 Cdn administration charge for amendments made
to a booking.
